Returns Policy

Here at Peony Linen we want you to love your new purchase but we understand that shopping online can be tricky so have put in place the following returns policy to make it easier.
To be eligible for exchange or return goods must be unused, unwashed, unmarked and include original packaging. We also need to be able to validate proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.
Refunds
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. The original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. We cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the exchange or return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. 
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund.
